  • What is yoga therapy, and how is it different from a regular yoga class?

    Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga—movement, breathwork, meditation, and philosophy—in a customized way to address your unique physical, emotional, and mental health needs. Unlike a general yoga class, yoga therapy is individualized, goal-oriented, and therapeutic in focus.

  • What kinds of issues can yoga therapy help with?

    Stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, arthritis, menopause, grief, life transitions, trauma recovery, posture and mobility concerns, and more.

  • Do I need to be a yoga teacher to take your courses?

    Not at all! While many of our courses are approved for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units (CEUs), they’re designed to be accessible and meaningful for anyone interested in yoga, wellness, or personal growth.

  • What does it mean that your courses offer Yoga Alliance CEUs?

    If you’re a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), our courses count toward your required Continuing Education hours with Yoga Alliance. If you’re not a teacher, you can still enjoy the full benefits of the training—it just means you won’t need to log the hours for credit.

  • Are the courses self-paced or live?

    Most courses are hybrid: you’ll have self-paced modules you can complete on your own time plus optional (or required) live group sessions for connection and Q&A.

  • What kinds of topics do your courses cover?
