Blending pre-recorded lessons, readings, journaling, and home practices with weekly live group sessions, this course reframes midlife from a time of decline into an empowering doorway of possibility. Through yoga therapy tools, breathwork, embodied practices, and reflective inquiry, you’ll learn to regulate stress, reclaim your identity, and step into this next chapter with resilience and purpose—while earning continuing education credits along the way.
